By scheduling or receiving services from B Shiny Detailing LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Agreement

B Shiny Detailing LLC agrees to provide automotive detailing services as requested at the time of booking. Services may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and specialty add-ons. All services are performed with professional care using industry-approved products and techniques.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle condition differs from what was disclosed at booking. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved gift cards. A processing fee may apply to card transactions. Deposits may be required for large services including PPF, ceramic coating, and paint correction. Failure to remit payment may result in additional collection action.

3. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Vehicle Condition and Disclosure

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, repainted panels, mechanical issues, aftermarket installations, or sensitive electronics. 

5. Paint Correction and Coating Disclaimer

Paint correction improves appearance but does not guarantee 100 percent defect removal. Results vary depending on paint thickness, condition, and prior damage. Ceramic coating longevity depends on proper maintenance, washing practices, and environmental exposure. Improper care voids any workmanship guarantee.

6. Detailing and Paint Liability

Automotive detailing processes such as washing, clay treatment, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating installation, and paint protection film installation involve physical contact with vehicle surfaces. 

While B Shiny Detailing LLC uses professional tools, techniques, and industry-approved products, certain risks exist due to the condition, age, and history of the vehicle.

B Shiny Detailing LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Previously repainted panels or bodywork
• Thin or failing clear coat
• Paint delamination or oxidation
• Poor quality prior repairs or paintwork
• Stone chips, scratches, or defects that become more visible after cleaning or polishing
• Loose trim, emblems, moldings, or badges
• Aged, brittle, or deteriorated plastics, rubber, or vinyl

Correction and polishing processes may reveal hidden defects that were previously concealed by dirt, oxidation, or surface contamination. 

Customers acknowledge that detailing services improve appearance but cannot restore severely damaged surfaces to new condition. 

By authorizing service, the customer accepts these risks and agrees that B Shiny Detailing LLC shall not be held liable for issues related to pre-existing vehicle conditions.

7. Paint Protection Film (PPF)

PPF is professionally installed and may have minor edges or seams consistent with industry standards.

B Shiny Detailing LLC is not responsible for rock chips outside covered areas, impact damage, customer-caused lifting, or poor maintenance.

8. Personal Belongings

Customers must remove all personal items before service. B Shiny Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

9. Satisfaction Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. B Shiny Detailing LLC reserves the right to inspect and correct any issues before issuing refunds.

10. Liability Limitation

B Shiny Detailing LLC shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, mechanical failures unrelated to detailing, damage due to pre-existing conditions, or natural wear and tear. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

11. Weather and Environmental Factors

Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. B Shiny Detailing LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of redemption. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

13. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left beyond 48 hours after completion without prior arrangement may incur storage fees.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

15. Agreement

By booking an appointment or accepting services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

16. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number when scheduling services or contacting B Shiny Detailing LLC, you consent to receive SMS text messages regarding appointments, service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
